今天约了朋友一起过去跑亚索800..他也是第一次尝试..不过也做到4次半而已..平均每个圈大约5分钟多吧..然后我就自己跑吧...今天穿的鞋子感觉上很不舒服..可能它的吸震系统已经减少了很多..毕竟已经跑了接近250km的鞋子..
今天的练习不算太满意..下次还是一个星期跑一次亚索就好..真的对身体好累..虽然好爽
感谢---下次一定要改成1个星期跑一次亚索800m就好了..其他日可以轻松下
